Since your appointment time is uniquely yours, we ask that you notify us at least 24 hours prior to inform us of any cancellations or alterations to your appointment. Cancellations or modifications to your appointment made less than 24 hours may result in a 50% charge for the scheduled service(s). Saturday “no shows” will be charged the full amount of their missed service(s). If you are late for your appointment, your service time may be reduced in order to finish on time for the next scheduled appointment. The fee for your services(s) remain the same.

We ask our new clients to arrive 10 minutes prior to their scheduled appointments.

Clients may cancel appointments without charge 24 hours in advance for Salon and Med Spa services. If you do not call or show up for your scheduled appointment, you will be charged a cancellation fee. *For more information, please see Policies

On behalf of all our guests, we ask that children are brought only when they have scheduled appointments.

Due to high demand for appointments, we require a credit card on file to hold your appointment. If you do not want to put a card on file, you can purchase a gift card for the amount of the service.

Keratin Smoothing Treatments, Juvederm, Botox and special events require a deposit when making appointments.

Personal checks will not be accepted. Prices are subject to change. Complete pricing available at consultation.
